The Magniflex MagniStretch Sport 10 uses a high density microcellular foam structure that combines elasticity and breathability. Microcellular foam was invented in the United States at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and now Italian manufacturer Magniflex is manufacturing in the United States.
What is so special about Microcellular foam? Microcellular foams were designed to contain billions of tiny air bubbles that are less than 50 microns (thus the name "microcellular") in size. The resulting foams from the production process result in high performance materials that:
